100% Fun restaurant has spent more than two decades on the Valdevaqueros road in Tarifa, cooking with the finest seasonal produce from the land and sea of the Costa de la Luz.

Our kitchen works with premium local ingredients: red almadraba tuna when the season arrives, retinto beef that grazes in sight of the Strait of Gibraltar, Atlantic scarlet shrimps, and fresh fish delivered every morning. No shortcuts. Plenty of slow fire.

Open to hotel guests and to anyone who wants a proper meal by the sea. Reservations fill up fast – book ahead.

The Red Tuna Gilda marinated with anchovy, pickled pepper and confit tomato, the Wild Red Tuna Tartare with green gazpacho and olive oil, Atlantic Scarlet Shrimps in olive oil with anchovy foam, or the Mussels in Garlic with coloured lard and fino sherry. Starters that taste like Cádiz.

Available in season only. The Wild Red Tuna Tartare, the Mixed Leaves and Red Tuna Salad with mango vinaigrette and crispy pampón, or the marinated Red Tuna Gilda. Fresh tuna from the Strait, never frozen, at its very best.
